Make Traditional Art Transparent for IbisPaint X (Quick Tutorial)

This Pngtuber program was not only easy to set up, but it looks so adorable! Gazotuber is, to my understanding, not receiving anymore updates. However, the program is really nice as is, and a great option if you were looking for a way to get into pngtubing.
