Terrifying on Instagram: "In 1985, the eruption of the Nevado del Ruiz volcano in Colombia triggered a devastating lahar (volcanic mudflow) that buried the town of Armero. Among the thousands trapped was 13-year-old Omayra Sánchez Garzón. She was found pinned in the wreckage of her home, submerged up to her neck in cold water and concrete debris, with her legs trapped under a heavy door. Rescuers and volunteers, including Red Cross workers and firefighters, stayed with her for approximately 60 h
