In the Virgin Islands the drinking age is 18, “to-go cups” are legal on the street, and unlike most of the U.S. there’s no territorial open-container law for cars. But don’t be fooled: Title 20, Section 493 makes driving under the influence a crime, and that covers alcohol and marijuana.
