Apparently I forgot to explain what to do with your starter after it’s active… my bad 😂 Here’s the quick version: If you plan on baking again soon → feed it and leave it on the counter. If you need a longer break → feed it and pop it in the fridge. Just remember: if you don’t use it within 3–4 days, you’ll need to give it another feeding before baking. I’m keeping mine on the counter because I’m re-making that garlic & herb loaf I failed you on — gotta prove the recipe really is THAT good 🍞✨ K
