NKT is based on the science of motor control, the brain’s ability to regulate movement. NKT uses neurological manual muscle testing to assess the over and underactivity of muscles firing in a sequence of a movement pattern. If those don’t fire properly, the movement becomes dysfunctional and can lead to pain.
