✨ Month 16 check-in ! Down 70 lbs, holding strong on 10 mg for my 3rd month—still dropping 4–6 lbs/month, so no rush. This journey isn’t a sprint; it’s week by week, month by month, dose by dose.If you’re new here—welcome! 💛 I’ve been documenting my entire ZepBound journey: the wins, the plateaus, the real-life ups & downs. This medication has truly changed my life, and I’m here to be a safe space for anyone on (or curious about) the journey.💉 Just took my shot, so I’ll be sharing updates ever

How do you make pigs in a blanket not stick to the pan?? Apparently… the secret is parchment paper 😅 And apparently… I put the aluminum foil on backwards. 🙃 For anyone else who didn’t know (don’t leave me hanging), the dull side of the foil should be facing the food—the shiny side faces up! #PigsInABlanket #CookingFails #KitchenHack #ParchmentPaperWin #FoilFail #BakingTips #AdultsInABlanket #RelatableCooking #SnackTime #FoodieFun #IGFoodies #TikTokKitchen #CozyEats | Lisa Leone

One of my top favorite moments from tonight’s Cowboy Carter concert in LA: Beyoncé singing Protector with her daughters, 12-year-old Blue Ivy and 7-year-old Rumi, by her side. It’s just so beautiful 🥹♥️ #CowboyCarterTour #Beyonce2025 #ProtectorLive #Night3 #SoFiStadium #BeyonceInLA #RumiCarter #BeyHive #MotherhoodMoments #beyonce #la | Lisa Leone

I’ll continue sharing honest updates as I navigate this, because access, educati
