Serial-makers are hitting films where it hurts the most. After years of blaming television for taking away their audience, filmmakers are aghast that tele-serials are now advertising in cinema halls.

In an open letter on Friday, Prem Kumar said it was a constructive criticism made with an intention to improve the content of tele serials and not to deprive anyone of their bread and butter.
