Here's a rundown of the latest game announcements and reveals from the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase. Thursday's Nintendo Direct gave us another look at the gorgeous '80s-style anime co-op adventure Orbitals, which is coming to Switch 2 in summer 2026.

The latest Nintendo Direct: Partner Showcase featured a mix of classic titles making enhanced or updated returns, grand adventures making their Nintendo Switch 2 debuts, and brand new games launching for both Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.

"Nintendo hardware has always been purchased to play Nintendo games first and foremost, and that hasn't changed with Switch 2," Piscatella said. "However, having the 3rd-party support we're seeing for Switch 2 is certainly a big plus for the system, particularly because of its hybrid nature."

Nintendo closed out the show with three Switch 2 ports of existing Bethesda games. Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition launches on Feb. 24, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle launches on May 12, and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered comes out sometime in 2026.

Nintendo has managed to nab this one as a Switch 2 exclusive, which you can either play locally or online, and thanks to the console's GameShare feature, only one person needs to own the game for the latter. Orbitals arrives at some point during summer 2026.
