Google has disabled the buggy Take a Message feature on older Pixel phones, but some users say it affects newer models, too.

Google is disabling Take a Message on some older Pixels after confirming an issue that could expose your audio without you answering a call.

For a small number of users, the Pixel Phone app’s “Take a Message” feature inadvertently sent audio to the caller. Google has now confirmed the issue and is disabling it on the Pixel 4 and 5 series.
